Acadia University alumni will come together on April 25 to discuss the work of their fellow alumnus, Senator Donald Oliver. Senator Oliver’s autobiography A Matter of Equality: The Life’s Work of Senator Donald Oliver is the first selection of the new Acadia University Alumni Book Club. Launched on February 1, A Matter of Equality is one of three selections this year. Alumni will have a chance to read the book before coming together to discuss virtually with Alumni Association Board Director Ted Upshaw (’80).
Senator Oliver graduated from Acadia with an honours degree in History in 1960, and in 2007 was awarded a Honorary Doctor of Civil Law.
